has been practicing law in California since 1984. He graduated from St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA in 1981 with a BS in Economics and Business Administration and from McGeorge School of Law in 1984. While attending McGeorge he was in the joint degree program simultaneously obtaining his MBA from CSU, Sacramento.
