M. Melanie Howell and Martin S. McHugh have been practicing in Butte County for a combined over 50 years. In 2005 they joined together to better serve Butte and surrounding Counties. In 2014 M. Melanie Howell retired, leaving Martin S. McHugh to carry on the firm with the continued purpose to serve the people in need of sound and aggressive legal representation.
